The ownership of all contents included in the website such as texts, graphics, LOGO, creativity and software belongs to Zhuhai Jingrun Petrochemical Co., Ltd. (“Zhuhai Jingrun”) and the providers of contents/information of the website, which is protected by Chinese and international copyright laws. In duplication (meaning collection, combination and re-combination) of all contents of the website, the website has the exclusive right and is protected by Chinese and international copyright laws. The ownership of all softwares used by the website belongs to Zhuhai Jingrun or its software supplier, which is protected by Chinese and international copyright laws. The information unique to the website cannot be transferred without the consent of the website, which shall also be indicated with the source.
Provisions on information release
Zhuhai Jingrun can only be used for legal purposes, namely, viewing information, online consultation and exchange with users.

Termination of service
(1) Zhuhai Jingrun reserves the right to judge whether the behaviors of a user meet the requirements of the service regulation. If the company identifies that the user has violated the service regulation, it shall have the right to immediately terminate its user service and delete its user information;
(2) Zhuhai Jingrun may alter, suspend or terminate part or all of free services for the user at any time based on the actual situation and reserves the right to not notify any user or third party of it.
Exemption clause
(1) The website shall neither assure that each free service won't be altered, suspended, terminated, delayed, nor assure that the user's information and data is absolutely complete and safe. The website does not assume any responsibility for the alteration, suspension, termination or delay of free services for the user and the loss of user's information and data;

Zhuhai Jingrun shall have the right to amend the service clause when necessary. Once the service provision of the company changes, the change will be announced on a significant page. If the user does not agree on the change, the user may actively stop obtaining the network service. If the user continues to enjoy the network service, it will be deemed as accepting the change of service clause.
